
I think, one advantage is the possibility of taking a life with more experiences, because if a person lives more years, can do more activities than another person. This person spends much of their time keeping their body in shape with exercise and healthy eating habits.
A disadvantage could be if a person doesn’t want to have an active life. If a person follows a sedentary lifestyle could feel life as a bitter step. They prefer spending their time sitting in front of the television, consuming fast food, chips and candy. Often have to deal with multitude of health issues, ranging from aches and pains, to life threatening diseases. I think that the biggest disadvantage is not being a healthy person and suffer all the time.
The recipe to enjoy a long and healthy life is to stay fit and have good habits.
